Charlotte, NC., March 12, 2026 – The Charlotte Pipe, Neenah Foundry alignment marks a significant step in unifying the company’s recently acquired brands under a stronger commercial structure. Charlotte Pipe and Foundry announced this major corporate update to deliver long‑term value for infrastructure customers and simplify how municipalities, civil engineers, utilities, and contractors engage with the company’s product portfolio. Through the Charlotte Pipe Neenah Foundry alignment, Neenah Foundry transitions from a standalone subsidiary to a featured product‑line brand within Charlotte Pipe’s newly organized Infrastructure Division, which also includes US Foundry and Bingham & Taylor. This division gives customers clearer navigation through product families while providing integrated expertise across municipal castings, waterworks, and engineered infrastructure solutions. Neenah Foundry’s facilities in Neenah, Wisconsin, and Medley, Florida, continue operating without workforce or facility changes, ensuring consistent supply and manufacturing stability for ongoing projects.

Leaders from both organizations emphasized the long-standing foundations supporting the Charlotte Pipe Neenah Foundry alignment, including 125 years of Charlotte Pipe history and 150 years of Neenah’s foundry heritage. According to Charlotte Pipe’s CEO, this alignment will streamline collaboration across HR, IT, and finance to support the company’s expanding portfolio. Neenah’s CEO added that integrating Neenah’s infrastructure products under the Division will help accelerate growth and strengthen the company’s ability to support critical systems such as water, energy, and transportation. With eight U.S. manufacturing plants and additional brands acquired in 2022 and 2025, Charlotte Pipe now brings more than 450 combined years of expertise to the markets it serves. This unified approach reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering reliable, engineered solutions that support communities and essential infrastructure across the country.
